How to report a cybersecurity incident?

What's belong to the report?

1. Identify yourself

Write your name, surname, Personal ID (UČO). It does not matter if you contact us via private or university address or use the form here. But never forget to mention this trio.

2. Describe the problem

Try to describe what happened or is happening in your own words. Every little detail will help us better understand the situation and resolve the issue.

3. Attach evidence

Sometimes it is not easy to describe the problem. For this reason, we recommend that you include, for example, screenshots from your computer or fraudulent e-mail text. We definitely recommend that you attach an e-mail header.

“We don't expect you to be a cybersecurity expert.
That's our job.
Therefore, even if you are not sure, always report the incident.
We will be grateful!”
